Certiorari—Summary Dispositions
No. 14–493. Kent Recycling Services, LLC, Petitioner v. United
States Army Corps of Engineers. Petition for rehearing granted. The
order entered March 23, 2015, denying the petition for a writ of certiorari
is vacated. The petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. The
judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United States
Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for further consideration in light
of Army Corps of Engineers v. Hawkes Co., 578 U. S. ––– (2016).
No. 15–964. Eric Piper, et al., Petitioners v. Joseph Middaugh, et al.
On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Sixth Circuit. Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment
vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Sixth Circuit for further consideration in light of Mullenix v. Luna,
577 U. S. ––– (2015) (per curiam).
No. 15–7912. Ronnie Kirksey, Petitioner v. Alabama. On petition for
writ of certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama. Motion
of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and petition for
writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated, and case remanded to
the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama for further consideration in
light of Hurst v. Florida, 577 U. S. ––– (2016).

On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Eleventh Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed
