Certiorari—Summary Dispositions<br />

No. 14–493. Kent Recycling Services, LLC, Petitioner v. United<br />

States Army Corps of Engineers. Petition for rehearing granted. The<br />

order entered March 23, 2015, denying the petition for a writ of certiorari<br />

is vacated. The petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. The<br />

judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United States<br />

Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for further consideration in light<br />

of Army Corps of Engineers v. Hawkes Co., 578 U. S. ––– (2016).<br />

No. 15–964. Eric Piper, et al., Petitioners v. Joseph Middaugh, et al.<br />

On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals<br />

for the Sixth Circuit. Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment<br />

vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for<br />

the Sixth Circuit for further consideration in light of Mullenix v. Luna,<br />

577 U. S. ––– (2015) (per curiam).<br />

No. 15–7912. Ronnie Kirksey, Petitioner v. Alabama. On petition for<br />

writ of certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama. Motion<br />

of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and petition for<br />

writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated, and case remanded to<br />

the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama for further consideration in<br />

light of Hurst v. Florida, 577 U. S. ––– (2016).<br />

No. 15–7915. Anthony Grant Jackson, Petitioner v. United States.<br />

On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals<br />

for the Eleventh Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed<br />

in forma pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment<br />

vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals<br />

for the Eleventh Circuit for further consideration in light of<br />

Welch v. United States, 578 U. S. ––– (2016). Justice Kagan took no part<br />

in the consideration or decision of this motion and this petition.
