Opinions Per Curiam<br />

No. 15–789. Deborah K. Johnson, Warden, Petitioner v. Donna Kay<br />

Lee. On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of<br />

Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Motion of respondent for leave to proceed<br />

in forma pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted.<br />

Judgment reversed, and case remanded to the United States Court of<br />

Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for further proceedings consistent with<br />

the opinion of this Court. Opinion per curiam.<br />

No. 15–8366. Shawn Patrick Lynch, Petitioner v. Arizona. On petition<br />

for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of Arizona. Motion of<br />

petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and petition for writ<br />

of certiorari granted. Judgment reversed, and case remanded to the<br />

Supreme Court of Arizona for further proceedings not inconsistent<br />

with the opinion of this Court. Opinion per curiam. Dissenting opinion<br />

by Justice Thomas, with whom Justice Alito joins.<br />

for writ of certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama.<br />

to the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama for further consideration<br />

in light of Hurst v. Florida, 577 U. S. ––– (2016).<br />
