Opinions Per Curiam
No. 15–789. Deborah K. Johnson, Warden, Petitioner v. Donna Kay
Lee. On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Motion of respondent for leave to proceed
in forma pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted.
Judgment reversed, and case remanded to the United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for further proceedings consistent with
the opinion of this Court. Opinion per curiam.
No. 15–8366. Shawn Patrick Lynch, Petitioner v. Arizona. On petition
for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of Arizona. Motion of
petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and petition for writ
of certiorari granted. Judgment reversed, and case remanded to the
Supreme Court of Arizona for further proceedings not inconsistent
with the opinion of this Court. Opinion per curiam. Dissenting opinion
by Justice Thomas, with whom Justice Alito joins.
