Opinions Per Curiam<br />

No. 14–10008. Michael Wearry, Petitioner v. Burl Cain, Warden. On<br />

petition for writ of certiorari to the District Court of Louisiana, Livingston<br />

Parish. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis<br />

and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment reversed,<br />

and case remanded to the District Court of Louisiana, Livingston Parish<br />

for further proceedings not inconsistent with the opinion of this<br />

Court. Opinion per curiam. Dissenting opinion by Justice Alito, with<br />

whom Justice Thomas joins.<br />

No. 15–648. V. L., Petitioner v. E. L., et al. On petition for writ of<br />

certiorari to the Supreme Court of Alabama. Petition for writ of certiorari<br />

granted. Judgment reversed and case remanded to the Supreme<br />

Court of Alabama for further proceedings not inconsistent with the<br />

opinion of this Court. Opinion per curiam.<br />

of Michigan. Petitions for writs of certiorari are granted. Judgment<br />
