No. 14–10008. Michael Wearry, Petitioner v. Burl Cain, Warden. On
petition for writ of certiorari to the District Court of Louisiana, Livingston
Parish. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis
and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment reversed,
and case remanded to the District Court of Louisiana, Livingston Parish
for further proceedings not inconsistent with the opinion of this
Court. Opinion per curiam. Dissenting opinion by Justice Alito, with
whom Justice Thomas joins.
No. 15–648. V. L., Petitioner v. E. L., et al. On petition for writ of
certiorari to the Supreme Court of Alabama. Petition for writ of certiorari
granted. Judgment reversed and case remanded to the Supreme
Court of Alabama for further proceedings not inconsistent with the
opinion of this Court. Opinion per curiam.
