No. 14–10078. Jaime Caetano, Petitioner v. Massachusetts. On petition<br />

for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.<br />

Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed informa pauperis<br />

granted. Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated, and<br />

case remanded to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts for<br />

further proceedings not inconsistent with the opinion of this Court.<br />
