Spanning a modest area in the middle of the
ocean between Sicily (Italy) and the North

quarter, also known as Cittµ Vecchia or Cittµ

16 th century, the capital of Malta, Valletta, is
considered as "the richest historical city in the
world" and "a natural museum" preserving
works and historic relics from centuries past,

surfing, relax and enjoy the Azure Window
on Gozo island - one of the most beautiful
places on the earth. The Azure Window is a
masterpiece formed by the relentless effors
of nature. The work consists of unique archshaped
stones where you can sit to view the
small bays, green hills, and steep cliffs of
Gozo. Much simpler than Malta island, Gozo
offers white cliffs, red-orange sand beaches
in sunset lights, and a perfect turquoise sea
in Ramla Bay. Don't forget to enjoy Ftira, a
special flatbread with a hole in the center.
With oil, tomato, garlic, and onion, Ftira in
Gozo is said to be the most delicious Ftira in
Mediterranean.

fans of the film Troy, will be fond of the Troy studio built
at Fort Ricasoli on Malta Island, scenes in Mellieha,
a small town in the north of Malat, and Comino islet.
Malta is also the setting place of Popeye. The studio
