can be invested into property and the fi nal third can be in self. Th e key
to getting to your goal on time, lowering the risk and maximising your
probability of success is to look at what is in your control and look at
what is out of your control. Not only is the stock market direction out
of your control, so is the property market.
… and that should send you a strong message that the property market
should not be relied upon to get you to your goal by a certain time. Again,
just like the stock market, property moves in trends and that means you
need patience.
With an investment in self, things are a little diff erent.
Self = Earning Power, or how much you are currently
worth to the market place.
