• Level sensing devices require an output of 4-20ma signal.<br />

Panel <strong>construction</strong> and testing will be done by the panel manufacturer.<br />

e. Standard Metering Facility Components<br />

The lake level detector shall be a Blue Ribbon Industrial Components Corporation’s Bird<br />

Cage Super Duty level sensor, model #311Z or Transicoil Submersible Transmitter, model<br />

274C or approved equal. The general/electrical contractor shall provide an appropriate<br />

power supply from the panel, a properly <strong>design</strong>ed and installed still-well and include a level<br />

indicator in the panel. The indicator shall be a Red Lion model CUB4LP.<br />

The upstream above ground manual butterfly valve shall be a flanged 150 psi hand wheel<br />

operator manufactured by Dezurik.<br />

The air/vacuum valve shall have a 2-inch diameter inlet rated at 150 psi as manufactured<br />

by Val-Matic, model 102.<br />

Rain gauge to measure rainfall shall be provided with each metering facility.<br />

17. Start-Up and Testing<br />

Developer or Engineer shall provide the following items on reclaimed water meter station<br />

start-up.<br />

a. Deed to property or plat showing easement.<br />

b. Operation and Maintenance Manuals (3 sets required).<br />

c. Meter and control equipment data and technical information concerning<br />

operation, maintenance and repair shall be supplied at the time of completion<br />

of meter station <strong>construction</strong>. Parts lists, warranties, and all other pertinent<br />

information is also required. All equipment shall be warranted by the<br />

manufacturer for one year from the date of start-up.<br />

d. Individual schematic wiring diagrams and information concerning Control<br />

Panel operation and parts replacement.<br />

e. Verification of operational approval by Manufacturer's Representative and<br />

Engineer in writing.<br />

f. Contractor shall have tested the complete system prior to final start-up.<br />

A certified factory trained representative shall be provided by the contractor for the<br />

start-up.<br />
