Lessons learned/recommendations for similar project<br />

There is great potential and <strong>in</strong>terest among young people<br />

for start<strong>in</strong>g new bus<strong>in</strong>esses <strong>in</strong> the IT/software sector. The<br />

<strong>in</strong>terest of German firms to cooperate with Serbian firms<br />

is also apparent. Unfortunately, regional and/or municipal<br />

policy projects such as the creation of bus<strong>in</strong>ess <strong>in</strong>cubators<br />

are dependent on political developments. A change of authorities<br />

and different party affiliation of the participants<br />

can lead to delays. In this case, projects with a sufficiently<br />

long term can and must beg<strong>in</strong> aga<strong>in</strong> and aga<strong>in</strong> – with such<br />

good technical preconditions for success.<br />
