services, producer groups, and associations. National and<br />
<strong>in</strong>ternational experts are brought <strong>in</strong> if required.<br />
Upgrad<strong>in</strong>g measures/tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g concepts are normally implemented<br />
<strong>in</strong> modules. A module comprises a tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g<br />
phase for selected tra<strong>in</strong>ers (service providers/<strong>in</strong>termediaries)<br />
and a multiplication phase for agricultural producers<br />
and/or their associations and processors. The results and<br />
experiences from tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g and educational measures already<br />
conducted are taken <strong>in</strong>to account when prepar<strong>in</strong>g<br />
the content and logistics for subsequent measures.<br />

The tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g and upgrad<strong>in</strong>g measures emphasize the topics<br />
“The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the EU”<br />
and “Production and use of certified plant<strong>in</strong>g stock”,<br />
which are currently of special importance to the region<br />
and to Bulgaria and Macedonia <strong>in</strong> view of EU association.<br />
The illustrations on the follow<strong>in</strong>g pages present examples<br />
of how two tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g complexes (adm<strong>in</strong>istrative/technical)<br />
