The increase for NMVOC emission from offshore activities in 1999-2000<br />

owe <strong>to</strong> offshore loading as there were no offshore loading in the years<br />

1990-1998.<br />

2LO UHILQLQJ<br />

In Table 3.53 the emissions of NMVOC from oil refining at the two <strong>Danish</strong><br />

refineries are listed for the years 1990-2008. Further, the emissions of<br />

SO2 from oil refining and sulphur recovery in refineries are shown. The<br />

emission of SO2 has shown a pronounced decrease since 1990 because of<br />

technical improvements at the refineries. Note that SO2 from refining<br />

and recovery prior <strong>to</strong> 1994 was summarized and <strong>report</strong>ed as an area<br />

source in category 1B2a vi. Note also that SO2 from oil refining from<br />

2001 are included in stationary combustion.<br />

6HUYLFH VWDWLRQV<br />

<strong>Emission</strong>s from service stations are calculated using the emission fac<strong>to</strong>rs<br />

in Table 3.46 and the sales of gasoline given by the <strong>Danish</strong> Energy<br />

statistics. The NMVOC emissions are listed in Table 3.54.<br />
