A split in activity codes has been made. In this way the majority of the
fuel consumption and emissions previously reported under residential
(SNAP code 0809; NFR code 1A4b) are now reported under commercial/institutional
(SNAP code 0811; NFR code 1A4a ii).
No changes have been made in the estimated fuel consumption and
emissions for Residential and Commercial/institutional as a sum.
The annual working hours for fork lifts in 2008 have been adjusted with
a factor of 0.95 due to the decrease in activities caused by the global financial
crisis. The total fuel consumption and emission changes in 2008
for industrial non road machinery are approximately -1 %.
