Natural Dewormer
This great product is made mainly of fossilised remnants,
which were microscopic unicellular algae living
in water several million years ago. The fossilised remnants, hereby
referred to particles, are made mainly from silicon dioxide (SiO2) and

Pigeon Nutri-Drops
Adeno virus, PMV and Circovirus are different strains of the
same virus. Circovirus is an infectious transmittable disease
that spreads form one bird to another. It is assumed to be spread
though physical contact as well as on the dust in the loft, therefore,
making it airborne. Once in the loft every pigeon will be exposed to the
virus and the majority will become infected. Birds that do become sick
will almost invariably die. The ones that do not become sick eventually
clear the virus from their system. We do not know how long this takes
but if is thought the majority will clear in 4-6 months. However, there is

Lasota PMV Strain Vaccine
For years many pigeon fanciers have used the Lasota vaccine,
rather than the PMV-1 Vaccine, and now we all have to use
Lasota. The Lasota is not an injectable. I recently spoke to a very
well know veterinarian about using the Lasota. He uses it and is quite
satisfied with its ability to prevent PMV-1. The veterinarian explained in
detail how he uses it, and Foy’s is quite pleased to pass on this information.
Once you open the bottle, you must use it all or dispose
of what you do not use. THE LASOTA MUST BE KEPT COLD,
NOT FROZEN. Keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use
it. The first way to use it is in the drinking water, but this is not recommended
because it may not do the job, as it is assuming the pigeon
drinks enough of the water, and this is not always the case. If you have
a very large flock, you may have to go this route, but if you have some
valuable or some very special pigeons, it is suggest you use the second
method on at least those. When using the vaccine in the drinking water,
you should first do the following: Do not feed them the night before,
or if you use a cafeteria feeder, remove it. The next morning,
place the feed before them and they will eat rapidly. 3-4 hours
later put a gallon of distilled water, with the vaccine added, in
front of them. You want them to be very thirsty so they will drink.
The vaccine loses its potency after just 3-4 hours, which is why
you want them to drink right away. The second method requires
you to handle each bird. Open the Lasota bottle and fill with distilled
water. Shake the bottle to dissolve the vaccine. Add this to a 2 ounce
dropper bottle and fill the remainder of the bottle with water. Using the
eye dropper (included), place one drop directly into the eye and then
one directly into nose hole. When giving the drops in the nostril, hold a
finger over the opposite nostril to close it and repeat when you do the
other nostril. By doing this, the drop will be sucked right into the nostril.
It is recommended that you start with the Lasota two months before the
race or show season. Whether you put it in the drinking water, or use
a dropper, the treatment is for one day per month and repeated all thru
race or show season. The idea is to treat during the period pigeons are
mixed with other people’s pigeons. The Vet suggest 1 bottle to a gallon
of drinking water but no more than one bottle to 2 gallons.

Adeno-Zap
