Heavy Duty Floor "Grates"
Available in the large, time saving,
19.5" x 19.5" x 2.5". They are
strong enough to hold anyone walking on
them and each grate locks into the one
next to it. Birds are much less likely to nest
on the floor and over open floor joists, it
allows droppings to fall through and lots of
fresh air coming up. Used in Europe for years. Easy to lock together
and easy to unlock.

Heavy Duty Cage / Nest Box Grill
A larger and heavier grill that may be used in
cages, nest box or under a water container.

Wood Floor Grate
A really heavy duty wood floor grate
of solid oak, which measures 47
1/2" X 39 1/2". These units may be used as
a floor for a new loft, or as a built up floor
for your existing floor. Because of the super
strength of the grate, it needs no center support, only support
around the edges. Other possible uses are at the entrance to
your loft to clean your feet or as a deck around the loft. Because
of the size, we can not ship the grate by UPS, unless we cut it in
half, lengthwise. We will cut it at no additional charge. If you order
10 or more, it need not be cut and we will ship it via truck freight.

Basket or Nest Box Grill
This multi-purpose grill may be placed in
a nest box, carrying basket or in a show
cage. Keeps the birds standing on a grill rather
than droppings. Sits up a full 3/4" of the ground.
Easily cut to a special size. All plastic, white grill. A
large 14.5"x13.5"x2" high.

Chicken Holding Cone
Used to keep the chicken in place for slaughter.
Heavy duty steel with a bracket to allow you to
hold the cone in place. 11 ¼” across the top, 3 ½” at the
bottom and 13 ½” from top to bottom. Other uses may
be to hold the chicken in place while placing a band on
it's leg. Too large for pigeons.

Door Glide Kit
These hard to find kits allow you to save space in your
loft and improve access. Your doors will slide open and
in this way you don’t need room for a door to swing in or out. Metal guide

Show Cage Grill
These lightweight grills are designed for
placing in a show cage. Many clubs
have discontinued the use of shavings in
a show hall. Without something for the
bird to stand on, they will be standing in
their own droppings. The grill may also be
used in a nest box, under the nest bowl.
I personally use them under my water containers. Moisture that collects
under the water container will be a breeding ground for disease.
You may also use them on the bottom of your carrying basket which
keeps the bird’s feet clean without the use of shavings, which may
irritate the bird’s eyes. Easily cut to fit any basket. 9 3/4" X 9 3/4".

Fowl Catcher
Stop chasing your chickens all over
the place. Trying to catch them and
they are just too quick. This hand
fowl catcher has a heavy duty, hard
plastic handle and is a long 49". The
hook allows you to catch the chicken by the leg. The wire shaft is
strong and durable steel.

Catching Net
Great to catch the birds when they are
trying to avoid you. As we get older, they
seem to fly faster and are harder to catch.
The netting is a fine mesh and will not catch
on their wings or feet. 24" long handle, 18"
