Atmosferinde Motivasyon Artırdı!
Adidas Increased Motivation at Vodafone Park’s Magical Atmosphere!
Adidas’ın tüm çalışanlarının bir araya geldiği toplantısı, 20 Aralık’ta Vodafone Park’ta
Shine Event Management’ın muhteşem organizasyonuyla gerçekleşti.
“All employee meeting” of Adidas was held at Vodafone Park on December 20th with the amazing
organization of Shine Event Management.
Adidas’ın tüm çalışanlarının Vodafone Park’ın büyülü
atmosferinde bir araya geldiği toplantıda, 2019 yılı için
motivasyon artırıcı birçok çalışma gerçekleştirildi. Kurum
kültürünün, pazar payı büyüklüğünün ve 2019 yılı hedeflerinin
kurulan sahne düzeneği sayesinde tribünlerde konuşulduğu
toplantı, Shine Event Management’ın organizasyonunda düzenlendi.
Adidas ekibi, gün boyunca Vodafone Park’ın içerisinde bulunan
ve hiçbir taraftarın giremeyeceği çok özel alanları keşfetti ve Beşiktaşın
mabedini inceleme
şansını buldu. “Play
to Win” sloganıyla kendi
arasında da yarışan
ekiplere, gün sonunda
Adidas tarafından farklı
alanlarda ödüller sunuldu.
Basketboldan futbola
birçok takım oyunuyla
geçen keyifli günün
en önemli konuğu ise
Beşiktaş Başkanı Fikret
Orman oldu.
All employees of Adidas gathered at the magical
atmosphere of Vodafone Park in order to attend
to various events to increase their motivation for 2019
with the organization of Shine Event Management. A
stage was built on the side and the meeting was held
on the tribune of the stadium, the meeting focused on
subjects like corporate culture and market
share growth. Adidas employees
explored very private areas of Vodafone
Park during the day and had the chance
to see the temple of Beşiktaş. Teams
competed with each other in some of
the events with the “Play to Win” slogan
and at the end of the day, Adidas presented
awards to its employees. The participants
played various sports like football
and basketball during the day and
the most important guest of the meeting
was Beşiktaş’s President Fikret Orman.
