MICE industry is going<br />
through a rough patch<br />
because of our country’s<br />
current situation. There<br />
are of course some ups<br />
and downs because of<br />
our geographical location;<br />
however I must also<br />
realize and underline<br />
the development of this<br />
industry. Our country’s<br />
assertiveness and speed<br />
and capability of solving<br />
problems create a difference<br />
in international<br />
organizations and we are<br />
in a much better shape<br />
than other destinations<br />
in these subjects. I think<br />
that we have a problem<br />
when it comes to getting<br />
together the industry.<br />
As MICE industry, we<br />
must work together and<br />
discuss our problems to<br />
create a common sense.<br />
The irony is that we can<br />
organize meetings for<br />
ACE of M.I.C.E. Exhibition<br />

ACE of M.I.C.E.’ın en başından<br />
beri içerisindeyim. Sektöre<br />
hareket ve güzellikler<br />
getirdi diyebilirim. ACE of<br />
M.I.C.E. Awards, herkesin heyecanla<br />
her yıl beklediği bir<br />
etkinlik halini aldı. Her şeyde<br />
olduğu gibi ACE of M.I.C.E.<br />
için de eleştiriler olacaktır,<br />
meyve veren ağaç taşlanır.<br />
ACE of M.I.C.E. markalarını<br />
nüp hareket etmek gerekiyor.<br />
Teknolojik anlamda ise<br />
geçmişte büyük uğraşlarla<br />
yaptığımız baskıları şimdi<br />
neredeyse tek tuşla yapıyoruz<br />
ve hatta o zamanlar<br />
aklımıza dahi gelmeyecek<br />
teknolojik gelişmelerin getirdiği<br />
imkanlarla harika işler<br />
ortaya çıkıyor. Artık toplantı<br />
içerikleri bile dijitale<br />
döndü ve teknoloji artık bu<br />
sektörde çok önemli bir konumda.<br />
Tepegözler ve slayt<br />
makinalarından 2mm’lik<br />
LEDlere geldik. Nereden nereye<br />
geldik, işte bu da “iletişimin<br />
gücü”.<br />

From the technological<br />
perspective, I can say<br />
that it is now easier to<br />
do everything with the<br />
push of a button and<br />
we do amazing organizations<br />
with the opportunities<br />
technological<br />
developments created.<br />
Even meeting contents<br />
are now digitalized and<br />
technology is a priority<br />
in this industry now. We<br />
used to work with overhead<br />
projectors and slide<br />
machines, and now we<br />
are working with 2mm<br />
LEDs. This happened because<br />
of “the power of<br />
communication”.<br />

konumunda, bu özellikle<br />
kişisel olarak beni mutlu<br />
ediyor. Bir yıl görüşmediğim<br />
sektörden arkadaşlarımın<br />
hepsini orada görebiliyorum.<br />
Umarım uluslararası<br />
katılım biraz daha artar ve<br />
her şey daha da güzel olur.<br />

would you like to do in<br />
your spare time?<br />
Nowadays, I am interested<br />
in two different<br />
things. I already had<br />
I have been working with<br />
ACE of M.I.C.E. since its<br />
first organization. I can<br />
say that it brought mobility<br />
and beauty to the<br />
industry. ACE of M.I.C.E.<br />
Awards became an event<br />
which excites everyone.<br />
People are free to criticize<br />
ACE of M.I.C.E., it is<br />
normal when something<br />
is successfully working.<br />
Both brands are developing<br />
and growing<br />
rapidly with the effort<br />
of their teams and I am<br />
observing this effort.<br />
ACE of M.I.C.E. Awards<br />
is developing constantly<br />
and that’s why it is now<br />
an irreplaceable event of<br />
the industry. The exhibition<br />
is a gathering point<br />
for the industry and this<br />
makes me really happy.<br />
I can see all my friends<br />
and shareholders there.<br />
I hope the international<br />
attendance to the exhibition<br />
will increase in the<br />
future and the show will<br />
get even better.<br />
