M.I.C.E. Dergi olarak, bu keyifli günün organizasyonunu gerçekleştiren
Shine Event Management’ın Kurucusu Ayşe Erişen’le görüştük
ve bize şunları söyledi: “Adidas, dünyanın en büyük spor
markalarından bir tanesi ve köklü bir kurum kültürüne sahip.
Ekip olarak, onlar için gerçekleştireceğimiz bu toplantının efsanevi
geçmesi gerektiğini ve onlara unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşatmamız
gerektiğini çok iyi biliyorduk. Toplantının hazırlık sürecinde,
destekçi firmalarımızla birlikte titizlikle çalıştık. Aklımızda yarattığımız
dünyayı gerçeğe dönüştürebilmek için hep birlikte büyük
bir emek harcadık. Vodafone Park’ın atmosferi içerisinde kurguladığımız
organizasyon konsepti büyük bir başarıyla sonuçlandı.
Adidas’ın tüm çalışanlarının katılım gösterdiği toplantıda, çalışanların
her birinin yüzünde kocaman bir gülümseme bırakabilmiş
olmaktan dolayı gurur duyuyoruz. Bu tür etkinliklerde, önemli
olan günün sonunda toplantıya katılım gösteren herkesin yaşadığı
deneyimi unutulmaz olarak tanımlaması. Bu toplantı, hem
bizim için hem de Adidas için unutulmaz bir deneyim oldu diyebilirim.
Bu noktada, emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Founder Ayşe Erişen and she said: “Adidas is one of the biggest
sports brands of the world and they have a long-established
corporate culture. As a team, we knew that we had to make
sure that they had an unforgettable experience here and this
meeting had to be legendary. During the preparation process
of the meeting, we worked very carefully with our suppliers.
We made a great effort to transform our imagination into
the real world. The organizational concept we created within
the atmosphere of Vodafone Park was a great success. All
employees of Adidas were at this meeting and we were very
proud to see their smiling faces. In events like these, the most
important thing is to make sure that everyone describes the
experience they had as memorable. I can proudly say that this
meeting was a memorable experience for both Adidas and us.
