What would you

young women?
Women are strong
and stubborn. I recommend
them to show
this energy when
they choose their jobs
or their school. It is
true that as women,
we are more emotional
than men. However,
this is not a weakness
which should
lower our motivation;
it is a natural talent
which lets us analyze
situations and people.
For example, if something
is going wrong
in our work, there is
always a problem. It is
probably because of a
person or a technical
issue. The wrong approach
here is to find
the “guilty” person.
The first thing to do
is to find the source of

to be courageous. For
example, in our company,
we have women
who didn’t receive
an engineering & science
degree but had
worked really hard
and are very successful.
This is more than
gender; it is an issue
of passion and determination.
