The European Brand Institute invited in cooperation<br />
with Novomatic, US Embassy, ÖBB,<br />
T-Mobile, Croma, A1 Telekom and UNIDO to the<br />
Novomatic Forum on 18 September 2018 for the<br />
6 th WOMEN LEADERSHIP FORUM.<br />
Under the motto "FRAU.MACHT.INNOVATION“,<br />
initiator Renate Altenhofer welcomed over 200<br />
participants to this year's exclusive networking<br />
event. Led by the charming moderation of Sonja<br />
Kato, national and international decision-makers gave<br />
professional and personal insights into the challenges<br />
of female leadership in times of digitization, disruption<br />
and artificial intelligence.<br />
Especially inspiring was the keynote by Mossi Princess<br />
H.R.H. Abze Djigma, founder of the MAMA-light<br />
Initiative and AbzeSolar, who is passionately committed<br />
to women and young people in developing countries<br />
as well as sustainable and affordable energy. Her<br />
statement: "My sisters together we are strong! We have<br />
to stick together, support each other! Do not wait until<br />
someone offers you something - it's up to you ".<br />
Michaela Burger, Senior Vice President Transformation<br />
Office & Innovation at Swarovski, the second<br />
most valuable brand corporation in Austria, explained<br />
that "the industrial grinding machine was also disruptive<br />
technology", linking tradition with innovation.<br />
