<strong>Guarulhos</strong>, the gateway to Brazil<br />
International Airport.<br />
The city of <strong>Guarulhos</strong> is the second most populated<br />
city in the state of São Paulo, notoriously known for<br />
the presence of the largest international airport in<br />
Brazil, Cumbica airport, GRU-AIRPORT is therefore<br />
also the largest in South America. In addition to the<br />
unquestionable importance of the airport, the county<br />
has other attractions that make <strong>Guarulhos</strong> a global city.<br />
Its proximity to the capital São Paulo provided<br />
several investments to <strong>Guarulhos</strong> over the years.<br />
Three major highways pass through <strong>Guarulhos</strong>,<br />
Presidente Dutra Highway linking São Paulo and<br />
Rio de Janeiro, Fernão Dias Highway linking<br />
São Paulo and Minas Gerais to the capital Belo<br />
Horizonte, and finally the Ayrton Senna Highway<br />
option for access to paraíba vale and north coast of<br />
São Paulo. The city will soon receive the subway<br />
coming from the capital to the airport and also the<br />
Rodoanel that is under construction, making it even<br />
easier to access <strong>Guarulhos</strong>.<br />
