international investments<br />
Chinese group visiting <strong>Guarulhos</strong> City Hall.<br />
<strong>Guarulhos</strong> administration has continuously sought<br />
to attract new international investments. In June 2017,<br />
Mayor Guti traveled to China in search of investments<br />
and innovative solutions for <strong>Guarulhos</strong>. At the time<br />
the mayor visited the city of Ürumqi, located in the<br />
autonomous region of Xinjiang, there were several<br />
official meetings and commitments, which included the<br />
signing of a cooperation agreement to share experiences<br />
and ideas, to attract important partnerships for the city.<br />
The trip to China lasted 10 days, already in the<br />
city of Shenzen, he met an advanced public lighting<br />
management system and also visited one of China’s<br />
largest supermarket chains in Hunan, as well as<br />
construction companies and environmental service<br />
companies.<br />
