the research in this publication show that, despite slow
progress, changes and improvements in the cultural
sphere are already becoming visible. This only proves
that by changing institutional dynamics, from within
and from outside, and by implementing carefully
designed cultural policy, it is possible to foster
integrative processes and create new structures.
