Biggest roadshow for
Xiaomi in Malaysia
Xiaomi recently launched new smartphones Mi 10T
Pro and Mi 10T via its biggest roadshow in Malaysia.
They were unveiled by K. M. Leong, Regional Head
of Southeast Asia, Xiaomi. The flagship Mi 10T Pro
takes creating and exploring to the next level, with
unmatched specs in its class. Meanwhile, Mi 10T
delivers top-notch experiences for everyone from
working professionals to streaming enthusiasts and
mobile gamers. Alongside the smartphones, Xiaomi’s
very first smart watch, Mi Watch, Mi True Wireless
Earphones 2 Basic, Mi Smart Electric Toothbrush
T500, Mi Air Purifier Pro and Mi Robot Vacuum-
Mop were also introduced into the Malaysian market.
Crossing Into The Future
It was a momentous occasion for Grand Seiko as the horology
brand paid tribute to its diamond jubilee this year with the
unveiling of new timepieces as well as a new quartz movement
at a recent event in Mid Valley Megamall. SEIKO’s esteemed
diver series also celebrated its 55 th anniversary since its creation
in Japan. Speaking at the event, Thong Sia Sdn Bhd General
Manager Mr. Michael Lim said: “As the sole distributor of Grand
Seiko and SEIKO timepieces in Malaysia, we are humbled by the
opportunity to introduce the brands’ newest collections to our loyal
fan base in the country.” He added that they would continue to
introduce more exclusive timepiece collections in the future. The
event was made more exciting by the appearance of popular actor
Datuk Aaron Aziz.
Preview of Penfolds
2020 Collection
Australia’s most revered winery Penfolds recently
previewed its 2020 Collection. To experience the new
collection including the special Bin 95 Grange and a
beautifully aged Bin 389, an exclusive wine-pairing
dinner was held at Flock in W Kuala Lumpur. The
Penfolds Collection 2020 is a family of fine wines
spanning five impressive white and red wine Australian
vintages. Led by the 66th consecutive release of Grange,
the 2020 Collection is a testament to the enduring house
style and winemaking philosophy passed down through
generations of Penfolds winemakers. In its entirety, this
new release displays red wines of distinctive refinement
and cellaring potential, and white wines which deliver
on complexity and flavour.
