surpassed 80,000 and we have sold over 400,000 items<br />
on Oxwhite and delivered them to 101 cities!”<br />
In his own unique way, Chang is considered the<br />
game changer in his industry. From the beginning,<br />
he embarked on a mission to disrupt the dress shirt<br />
market and improve men’s wardrobe, and he has<br />
succeeded admirably. “Oxwhite has made looking and<br />
feeling good more realistic for the average Malaysian,<br />
regardless of his wallet size!” muses Chang.<br />
“In the fashion and apparel segments, not only<br />
have we customised our sizing to fit the average Asian<br />
physique, we have also applied the same fabric and<br />
workmanship of expensive brands. On top of that, the<br />
pricing which starts from RM19 is affordable to most<br />
Malaysians. In the household essentials segment, we are<br />
big on sustainability. We use high quality hypoallergenic<br />
botanical extracts and raw materials,” adds Chang.<br />
Overcoming <strong>The</strong> Pandemic<br />
How did Chang and his company cope with the<br />
coronavirus pandemic? “<strong>The</strong> Movement Control Order<br />
(MCO) was unprecedented. No one had expected it.<br />
Within a short period of time, borders were closed and<br />
people were urged to adapt to a new normal where<br />
almost everyone started working from home and shop<br />
online,” says Chang.<br />
“Many factories around the world rely on China<br />
for certain parts and raw materials. We were in a way<br />
