This is a Subject property. It is phase one <strong>of</strong> the redevelopment <strong>of</strong> Allen Wilson Terrace, the City's oldest public housing <strong>project</strong>. The total redevelopment<br />

will occur in three phases <strong>and</strong> will consist <strong>of</strong> a total <strong>of</strong> 207 units. Phase one will contain 40 units <strong>and</strong> will be placed in service in August 2010.<br />

This is phase one <strong>of</strong> the redevelopment <strong>of</strong> Allen Wilson Terrace, the City's oldest public housing <strong>project</strong>. The total redevelopment will occur in three<br />

phases <strong>and</strong> will consist <strong>of</strong> a total <strong>of</strong> 207 units. Management indicated that the property opened in March 2011 <strong>and</strong> was fully leased within two weeks.<br />

There is a strong dem<strong>and</strong> for additional subisidized units in the area.<br />
