Die Teilnahmegebühren schließen das Tagungsprogramm inkl. Teilnehmerverzeichnis<br />
und den Tagungsb<strong>and</strong> ein.<br />
Für Teilnehmende von Unternehmen mit Sitz in einem Mitgliedsl<strong>and</strong> der<br />
Europäischen Union außerhalb von Deutschl<strong>and</strong> ist zum Zwecke einer<br />
korrekten Rechnungslegung die Angabe der Umsatzsteuer-Identifikations-<br />
Nummer (Value-Added-Tax) zwingend er<strong>for</strong>derlich. Fehlt diese Angabe,<br />
ist die Annahme der Anmeldung nicht möglich.<br />

The attendance fees are VAT free.<br />
The attendance fees include the conference programme <strong>and</strong> participation<br />
lists well as lectures.<br />
For participants <strong>of</strong> companies based in a member state <strong>of</strong> the European<br />
Union outside <strong>of</strong> Germany, the indication <strong>of</strong> the value added tax identification<br />
number (Value-Added-Tax) is m<strong>and</strong>atory <strong>for</strong> the purpose <strong>of</strong> correct<br />
accounting. If this in<strong>for</strong>mation is missing, acceptance <strong>of</strong> the registration is<br />
not possible.<br />
The following processing fees will be charged <strong>for</strong> cancellation <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Within 14 days prior to the conference 100 %<br />
Only written cancellations are accepted.<br />
CONFERENCE DOCUMENTS/PUBLICATIONS<br />
A conference programme, including a list <strong>of</strong> participants as well as the<br />
conference proceedings, will be made available <strong>for</strong> the participants.<br />
The lectures will be available <strong>for</strong> download on 25 June <strong>2021</strong> on the<br />
<strong>VGB</strong> website. The in<strong>for</strong>mation will be printed in the conference programme.<br />
