AssoCiAtE oF ARts dEgREEs Foreign language Area studies - Arabic Curriculum 52 UndERGRAdUATE CATALoG | 2009-2010 requirements for the Foreign language area Studies - arabic Curriculum Coursework for the foreign language area studies- Arabic curriculum includes the following: G Required core courses (12 credits): ARAB 111, 112, 114, and 115 G Related area studies courses (12 credits): Chosen from any ARAB course, including 211, 212; GVPT 282, and any approved courses in the culture, history, language, literature, or government and politics of the area (contact an academic advisor for additional approved courses) G Required computing course (3 credits): IFSM 201 G Elective (1 credit): Any course related to interests and goals
