Erik Eisenberg is the Vice President of Ticket
Sales for the Aviators minor league baseball
team. He is originally from Madison, Wisconsin.
Erik did various internships with the Milwaukee
Bruins and Milwaukee Bucks.
After graduating from college,
he moved to Las Vegas and
joined the Las Vegas 51’s, now
the Aviators.
“The best thing about the
Aviators is the culture and the
people,” states Erik.
The culture of the Aviators
is one of a family. It’s a team
on the field and a team in the
office, making the ballpark a
great place to work.
Family Friendly Baseball
Erik Eisenberg
Erik has been a huge baseball fan all his life. All this started with his
father taking him to County Stadium to watch baseball. Working in the
industry has been a bonus.
In addition, Erik has had various positions with the Aviators,
including Executive and Box Office Manager. He oversees all sales and
service for the Aviators in the ballpark, with approximately 600,000
fans attending during the season.

The ballpark has a wide range of features for adults, children, and
families. One of the best areas is the pool, which is sold out every night.
Having suites available for hospitality gives the guests another vantage
point to enjoy the game.
One of Erik’s favorite moments at the ballpark was opening day in
April 2019, which officially opened the new stadium. It took two years
of hard work, selling out the stadium and ensuring the season tickets
were correct. It was Erik’s crowning achievement in the build-out of
the ballpark.
Having a minor league team in the Vegas Valley gives the fans greater
access to the players than at the major league level. The game is more
about the atmosphere and entertainment value; even if the team is
losing, fans are still having fun.
The Aviators are the epitome of what the Vegas Valley has to offer, and
Erik Eisenberg is an excellent example of making the stadium fun and
family friendly.
