“We Dunnit!”<br />
More than 100 supporters, leaders and friends of Family Promise<br />
of South Palm Beach County had a suspiciously good time<br />
at Family Promise of South Palm Beach County’s recent Gatsby at<br />
the Garage benefit. Held at the Arts Garage in Delray Beach, the<br />
event featured a fun and engaging “Who Dunnit” Murder Mystery, a<br />
Live Auction and Best Costume Contest.<br />

Museum to Receive $10,000<br />
Grant from the National<br />
Endowment for the Arts<br />
The Spady Cultural Heritage Museum has been approved for a<br />
$10,000 Grants for Arts Projects award from the National Endowment<br />
for the Arts (NEA) to support an arts exhibition and residency<br />
program, tentatively scheduled for Spring 2024.<br />
Back for More: Pleasure in Abundance, produced and presented<br />
by the arts collective Rubber Bands, consisting of Tayina Deravile,<br />
Sheree L. Greer, and Khaulah Naima Nuruddin, invites viewers to<br />
explore radical pleasure as an essential right to personal freedom.<br />
The Spady Museum’s project is among 1,130 projects across the<br />
country, totaling more than $31 million, which were selected during<br />
the second round of Grants for Arts Project’s fiscal year <strong>2023</strong><br />
funding.<br />

Family Promise of South Palm Beach County is part of a national<br />
organization with over 180 affiliates that provide temporary shelter,<br />
transportation, meals and comprehensive case management for<br />
families who are experiencing homelessness. They depend on the<br />
generosity and commitment of approximately 1,200 active volunteers<br />
representing 20 Interfaith congregations in South Palm Beach<br />
County. As a national movement Family Promise utilizes 200,000<br />
volunteers to help 110,000 people yearly.<br />
