The City of Delray Beach is excited to be hosting the 4th of <strong>July</strong><br />
Celebration again for <strong>2023</strong>! It’s been a family-friendly event<br />
for over 50 years and draws 80,000 people to our Village by<br />
the Sea. The event starts at 5 pm with the 60’ flag raising ceremony,<br />
with an honor guard and the singing of the National Anthem. We<br />
invite the public to join us for this ceremony. Our celebration has<br />
something for everyone!<br />
(The streets close on Tuesday, <strong>July</strong> 4th from 1:00 pm – 11 pm -<br />
East <strong>Atlantic</strong> from the Intracoastal Bridge east to A1A, A1A from<br />

Event Schedule<br />
9:00 AM - Snorkeling Tours of the “Delray Wreck”: 9 am, 10 am,<br />
11 am, 12 pm, and 1 pm snorkel tours of the S.S. Inchulva (40-minute<br />
guided tour, 10 people max per tour)<br />
5:00 PM - Flag Raising<br />
5:30 PM - DJ Big Smile at the main stage, DJ SoNyce non-stop at<br />
the teen stage, frozen custard eating contest by BurgerFi.<br />
6:00 PM - Cheeseburger eating contest by BurgerFi<br />
7:00 PM - K-Luv and the United Funk Foundation at the main stage<br />
7:45 PM - DJ Big Smile at the main stage<br />
8:15 PM - K-Luv and the United Funk Foundation at the mainstage.<br />
9:00 PM - Fireworks by Zambelli<br />

Activities<br />
Food vendors and trucks, merchandise vendors, soft play area<br />
for toddlers and toddler bounce house, giant games, two inflatable<br />
obstacle courses, 360 photobooth, face painting and temporary tattoos,<br />
Ninja wall and more.<br />
Getting Around<br />
Parking - The public is urged to park west of the Intracoastal<br />
Bridge. There are plenty of parking lots around the city.<br />

Bike – Ride your bike! Bike valet available.<br />
