A Realtor With Passion
For Delray History!
Allyson Sullivan has been called a South Florida Real Estate
Rockstar by her clients. Not only has she accumulated
accolades that would fill up a ballroom, but she also
donates her time and resources to help those in need.
If you listen to her clients, they cannot say enough good things
about her. Most are in awe of her ability to make a deal go
through in the most competitive marketplace (Delray Beach)
and others are comforted by her “stand by my client” reverie.
Sullivan has worked as a Realtor in Delray Beach for the past 21
years and has earned her place in the pantheon of perfection by
those who know her. “Allyson’s follow through and follow-up have
always been impressive, but buying a home in today’s cutthroat
market is where she really shines. She was on top of every detail,
she got the answers to questions before we even knew to ask them.
She made sure our offer was competitive and sold us to the seller. If
you want a great house and you don’t want any headaches, Allyson
and her team at Lang are the way to go,” said Alison Corin.
Currently Sullivan has been immersed in the history and heritage
of historic homes in Delray. Not only that, she has been selling them
to clients who revere this style of architecture. Her client roster and
demand for these historical homes has also escalated. Especially
since this time-honored architecture is becoming rather extinct in
South Florida. “I really enjoy selling historic homes in Delray and
my success in doing so has been rewarding. We are restoring the
history and relevance of Delray at its finest hour,” said Sullivan.
Sullivan currently has three distinct historic homes for sale. Her
newest listing is a house built in 1947 with the architectural moniker
of Streamline Moderne. “This home is unlike anything you have
ever seen,” she said. The reason for Sullivan’s exuberance is because
the home sits on a double corner lot in the Del Ida Historic District.
It was completely redone, yet skillfully designed to emulate the
craftsmanship and finishes of its glory days. The home underwent a
full renovation by local Delray builder, RTG Construction and has all
the amenities of a modern luxury home. It is a prime location, and
you can walk to Pineapple Grove, Atlantic Avenue, the local farmers
market, the beach and shopping.
Sullivan has also been chosen to represent the sale of a historic
intracoastal waterway home on Marine Way. The 3-bedroom, twobathroom
home was built in 1935 and comes with a one bedroom,
one bathroom cottage. Included in the sale are plans for a renovation
to restore the home to its original roots with a modern flair.
The marine area will be restored by the city of Delray and includes
raising the seawall and improving the street with pavers and landscaping.
“This will make Marine Way one of the nicest waterfront
streets with the best location!” said Sullivan.
Her third historic home listing is known as the “The Acheson
Estate.” It is the first time this house has ever been for sale. It is
