Deposit Liability Fund<br />

AGENCY FUNDS<br />

This fund is used to account for miscellaneous deposits collected by the City.<br />

Assessment District 87-4 Fund<br />

This fund is used to account for the receipt and remittance of special assessments for the<br />

Assessment District 87-4 Limited Obligation Improvement Bonds. The bonds are not secured by<br />

the general taxing power of the City, the State of California or any other political subdivision<br />

thereof, and neither the City nor the State, nor any potential subdivision thereof, has pledged its<br />

full faith and credit for the payment thereof.<br />

Assessment District 98-1 Fund<br />

This fund is used to account for the receipt and remittance of special assessments for the<br />

Assessment District 98-1 Limited Obligation Improvement Bonds. All property owners except one<br />

paid their fees upfront.<br />

TUMF Trust Fund<br />

This fund is used to account for the receipt of the Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fees (TUMF)<br />

and their remittance to the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG).<br />

MSHCP Trust Fund<br />

This fund is used to account for the receipt of the Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan<br />

(MSHCP) fees and their remittance to the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation<br />

Agency (WRCRCA).<br />

<strong>Moreno</strong> <strong>Valley</strong> Foundation Donations Fund<br />

This fund is being used on a temporary basis to account for the receipts and disbursements of the<br />

<strong>Moreno</strong> <strong>Valley</strong> Community Foundation until such time that the Foundation is officially cleared by<br />

the Internal Revenue Service to become operational as a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization.<br />

CFD #5 Stoneridge Fund<br />

This fund is used to account for the receipt and remittance of special taxes for the CFD #5<br />

Stoneridge Special Tax Bonds. The bonds are not secured by the general taxing power of the<br />

City, the State of California or any other political subdivision thereof, and neither the City nor the<br />

State, nor any potential subdivision thereof, has pledged its full faith and credit for the payment<br />

thereof.<br />

Arts Commission Fund<br />

This fund is used to account for funds received to encourage, stimulate, promote and foster<br />

programs for the cultural enrichment of the City, thereby contributing to the quality of life of its<br />

residents. This fund also accounts for funding received to develop an awareness of the value of<br />

arts in <strong>Moreno</strong> <strong>Valley</strong>’s business community, local government and the general public.<br />
