Step 1 >> Multi-select the images to<br />

include in the site from those in the<br />

Organizer workspace. To pre-order a<br />

group of pictures, add them to a<br />

collection fi rst and then click-drag<br />

them into your chosen sequence .<br />

Step 4 >> Choose the website Type<br />

from the drop-down menu. Next pick<br />

a specifi c template from the thumbnail<br />

list. For Web Galleries templates select<br />

a template style. Click the Next Step<br />

button.<br />

Step 7 >> Insert the saving name for<br />

the gallery. This will be used as the<br />

name of the folder where the gallery<br />

fi les will be saved as well as the<br />

creation fi le entry in the Organizer<br />

space. Also nominate the save<br />

directory.<br />

Step 2 >> Start the feature by<br />

choosing the Photo Galleries entry<br />

from the Create Shortcut button.<br />

Alternatively select File > Create ><br />

Photo Galleries.<br />

Step 5 >> Set the custom options for<br />

the website template that you have<br />

chosen. Different options are available<br />

for different templates. Add in website<br />

title and contact details.<br />

Step 8 >> Next, select the method for<br />

sharing the gallery. To save, choose the<br />

Do Not Share option. To make use of<br />

the Photo Showcase web space select<br />

this option. To distribute the website<br />

via disk choose the CD entry.<br />

Step 3 >> With the fi rst wizard<br />

screen open, click-drag photos to<br />

alter the order that they will be used.<br />

Add new photos to the list or remove<br />

existing images using the Add or<br />

Remove buttons.<br />

Step 6 >> Preview the site and your<br />

custom settings by clicking the<br />

Preview in Browser button.<br />

Step 9 >> To upload to an existing<br />

web space, pick My FTP Site. Click the<br />

Share button and then add in your ISP<br />

settings. <strong>The</strong>se settings are available<br />

from your ISP provider.<br />
