Leading
Originally referring to the small pieces of lead
that were placed in-between lines of metal
type used in old printing processes, nowadays
it is easier to think of this term as referring to
the space between lines of text. Unlike earlier
versions of the program, Elements 4.0/3.0
includes the ability to alter the leading of the
type input in your documents. Start with a
value equal to the font size you are using and
increase or decrease from here according to
your requirements.
