To the Shareholders, Report and Opinion of the Supervisory Board 1. In accordance with the law and the mandate conferred upon us, we herewith submit on our report and opinion on the Board of Directors’ Report and the Consolidated and Individual Financial Statements of EFACEC Capital, S.G.P.S., S.A., presented by the Board of Directors for the year ended 31st December 2008; 2. The Report and the Consolidated and Individual Financial Statements show clearly what happened during the fi nancial year and from its contents it can be inferred the reality of the company inclusively its perspectives for the future in accordance with clause 66 of the Code of the Commercial Companies; 3. We did not record any situation that did not respect the applicable statutes or legal rules; 4. We analysed the Legal Certifi cation of the Consolidated and Individual Statements with which we agree and appended hereto.
