Wilo-CR-Systems<br />
Digitally controlled, stepless Comfort-control systems for glandless<br />
and glanded pumps of all makes, single and multi-pump systems.<br />
CR version for conventional pumps with fixed speed.<br />
CRn version for stepless electronically controlled pumps or pumps<br />
with integrated frequency converter.<br />

Typical fields of application of the Wilo-CR-Systems are water circulation,<br />
water supply (e.g. pressure boosting) and disposal in residential,<br />
commercial and public buildings, hotels, hospitals, department<br />
stores and industrial buildings.<br />
Most advanced digital control electronics realise all demands of the<br />
Wilo-CR-Systems for new installations and refits:<br />
- CR version for all glandless and glanded pumps with three-phase AC<br />
motors with rated power of up to P 2 = 30kW (higher output ratings<br />
and other voltages on request)<br />
- CRn version performance-dependent via analogue control signals<br />
0 / 2 – 10 V or<br />
0/4 – 20 mA<br />
- for pump splitting with up to 6 units (to utilise the lower-power individual<br />
units in low-load operation)<br />

Principle of operation<br />
The Wilo-CR-Systems offer stepless electronic power adjustment of<br />
pump performance to meet the continuously varying hydraulic conditions<br />
in a pipe installation as a function of the control variables of<br />
pressure (p), volumetric flow (Q), temperature (T).<br />
The control system with microprocessor-guided digital control and<br />
CAN-bus technology ensures top performance and safe operation of<br />
the entire pump system.<br />
