If a field contains paths of nodes in a hierarchy, e.g. World/North America/USA/California/NapaValley, a list
box can be displayed as a tree view. The tree view will show the nodes with indentation to facilitate navigation
and allow the user to collapse nodes so that one row in the list box represents a branch in the hierarchy,
rather than an individual node.
Selections will be made in the usual manner, and multiple selections across different levels in the hierarchy
are of course supported.
