Attach Attaches a detached pivot table. The pivot table becomes dynamically linked<br />

to the data. The command is available only if the pivot table is detached.<br />

Clone Makes an identical copy of the pivot table. If a detached pivot table is cloned<br />

the clone will be attached.<br />

Order This cascade menu is only available when the Design Grid command of the<br />

View Menu (page 58) is activated or when the Always Show Design Menu<br />

Items (page 86) checkbox is marked. It contains four commands to set the layout<br />

layer of the sheet objects. Valid layer numbers are -128 to 127.<br />

Bring to Front<br />

Sets the layout layer of the sheet object to the largest value currently used by<br />

any sheet object on the current sheet.<br />

Send to Back<br />

Sets the layout layer of the sheet object to the smallest value currently used by<br />

any sheet object on the current sheet.<br />

Bring Forward<br />

Increases the layout layer of the sheet object by one. Maximum value is 127.<br />

Send Backward<br />

Decreases the layout layer of the sheet object by one. Minimum value is -128.<br />

Fit Columns to Data Adjusts the width of each table column to its longest data string. Headers are<br />

included in the calculations.<br />

Equal Column Width If the mouse pointer is placed over a column in the pivot table this command<br />

becomes available in the float menu (not in the main menu bar Object menu).<br />

The command sets column width for all columns of the table to that of the column<br />

pointed at.<br />

Column width can be individually adjusted by moving the pointer to the right<br />

edge of the column (pointer changes appearance) and dragging.<br />

Custom Format Cell Opens the Custom Format Cell Dialog (page 504) which lets you format<br />

cells in the column and stripe which you clicked upon. This cascade menu is<br />

only available when the Design Grid command of the View Menu (page 58)<br />

is activated.<br />

Change Value Only available for expression columns containing an inputsum aggregation of<br />

an input field. Sets the cell clicked on in input edit mode. Equivalent to clicking<br />

the input icon in the cell.<br />

Restore Values Only available for expression columns containing an inputsum aggregation of<br />

an input field. Opens a cascade menu with three options.<br />

Restore Single Value<br />

Restores the field values underlying the cell clicked upon on to their default<br />

values from the script.<br />

Restore Possible Values<br />

Restores the values of all possible underlying field values to their default<br />

values from the script.<br />

Restore All Values<br />

Restores the values of all underlying field values to their default values from<br />

the script.<br />

Clear All Selections Clears all selections in the dimensions and expressions of the table.<br />
