More... Opens the Bookmarks dialog, where all previously created bookmarks<br />

for the document can be retrieved.<br />

Import... After browsing for and selecting a previously saved bookmark (.qbm)<br />

file, the Import Bookmarks (page 129) dialog will open to make it possible<br />

to import bookmarks.<br />

Export... Opens the Export Bookmark(s) (page 129) dialog where selected bookmarks<br />

can be exported to a <strong>QlikView</strong> bookmark (.qbm) file.<br />

10.8 Reports Menu<br />

The Reports menu at the top of the <strong>QlikView</strong> screen contains the command Edit Reports... that opens the<br />

Report Editor (page 134) dialog where new reports can be created or existing reports edited. From this<br />

dialog it is also possible to delete and select reports, design their layout, add pages and images etcetera. The<br />

report editor lists all available reports for immediate selection.<br />

Reports may be Document Reports, stored with the document, or User Reports, stored separately on the<br />

user’s computer. See Report Editor (page 134).<br />

10.9 Tools Menu<br />

The Tools menu is a drop-down menu at the top of the screen, and contains the following commands:<br />

Edit module... Opens the Edit Module (page 875) dialog used for creating macros.<br />

Open <strong>QlikView</strong> AccessPoint<br />

Open <strong>QlikView</strong> Management<br />

Console<br />

Opens the <strong>QlikView</strong> AccessPoint in a html window inside <strong>QlikView</strong>.<br />

This command is only available if a URL for <strong>QlikView</strong> AccessPoint has<br />

been configured on the User Preferences: Locations page.<br />

Opens the <strong>QlikView</strong> Management Console/<strong>QlikView</strong> Enterprise Management<br />

Console in an html window inside <strong>QlikView</strong>. This command is<br />

only available if a URL for <strong>QlikView</strong> Management Console/<strong>QlikView</strong><br />

Enterprise Management Console has been configured on the User Preferences:<br />

Locations page.<br />

Quick Chart Wizard... Opens the Quick Chart Wizard (page 747), which helps creating a simple<br />

chart in a quick and easy way, without bothering about the great<br />

number of different settings and options available.<br />

Time Chart Wizard... The Time Chart Wizard (page 755) helps with the common task of building<br />

charts where a given measure (expression) should be qualified and<br />

often compared by different time periods, e.g. current year, last year, yearto-date<br />

etcetera.<br />

Statistics Chart Wizard...<br />

The Statistics Chart Wizard (page 761) provides guidance for those who<br />

want to apply common statistical tests on data in <strong>QlikView</strong>.<br />

Box Plot Wizard The Boxplot Wizard (page 745) creates a combo chart, often used for display<br />

of statistical data.<br />

Alerts... Opens the Alerts (page 150) dialog where alerts can be defined and<br />

edited.<br />
