8. This SECOND ADDENDUM shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
PARTIES hereto and their respective successors and approved assigns.
9. The introductory recitals included at the beginning of this SECOND ADDENDUM are
agreed to and incorporated into this SECOND ADDENDUM.
