NetPerformer SDM-8400 Hardware Installation Guide 2.3.2 .Restriction of Hazardous Substances - RoHS RoHS - DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE We declare that the NetPerformer product: SDM-8400 Consisting of Model SDM-8400 UAC is in full compliance with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003, on the restriction of the use of the following substances in electrical and electronic equipment: 1- Mercury 2- Cadmium 3- Hexavalent chromium 4- Polybrominated biphenyls 5- Polybrominated diphenyl ethers As permitted by item 7 of the Annex to the Directive 2002/95/EC, this product utilizes the lead-in-solder exemption for Network Infrastructure Equipment.
