The local branch of the A. I. E. E. entered the University a little
over a year ago, with the aim of furthering the cause of Die engineer
in affording opportunity for the co-operation of the student, and
men engaged in practical experience. The organization also attempts
the dissemination of information as to the development and
general trend of the profession of electrical engineering.
4'he members meet at regular monthly sessions and the success
of the enterprise has already been effectively demonstrated in the
branch's groAvth in membership and interests during its short life.
