How the News Office fares.
Anything does for us!

If tliej' find some batches of stubs and
burnt matches
Do they call upon Burris or Breese,
And with anger intense report the offense
And upon them their hot ire release?
To the attic they trot
With a new rule that's rot,
For everything's blamed on us.

If a noise is heard, do they send to ask Avord
If the culprit be Ogden or Meade?
Did they ask our friend Miller to please be some stiller
When he chanced to his students to read?

We climb four flights to the uppermost heights
