The Most Popular with the "Wimmen"—Impossible to reach a
decision owing to the extraordinary qualifications of the partici-
])ants. At the close of the discussion the following tabulations were
agreed upon:
Bert holds the record as the best experimenter in unknown
fields. Vic runs a close second. Blinkey's average sufl'ered last
year; lately has shown .signs of a relurn to the training table. Milton
Armstrong's made a good showing, and "Ken" has proved a
regular heart smasher. Behle, Krug, Ellis Gregg, Barnett and
Sherifl' are old-timers; their reputation needs no addition through
the medium of this publication. We welcome several new recruits
in the ring, among them Clem, Motz, Young Gregg, Stanley Isaacs,
Hetsch and Richardson. Another year with a little more experience
they promise to give the older men a run for their money.
In Flighest Favor with the "Men Folks"—We're afraid to fling
the apple. The floor seems to be mainly occupied with new material
this year, for instance, F'elicia, Ruth Levy, Alice, Helen Mc­
Nutt, Vi, Sib, and Hughes recruits.
The Most Indispensable—First, Joey at the Cornell Meet; second,
Mr. Hayes at a Junior class meeting; third, Clint's stogie (even at
the Senior Ball).
The Most Interesting—What Crud says in the "News".
The Most Versatile—Prof. McDonald's wardrobe; second, his
vocabulary.
Absolutely Necessary—First, a book to read in Logic; second,
music with our meals in the new lunch room.
Inevitable—The "Tiny Tim" convocation.
The Irrepressible—First, Pat's harmony; second, Fannie Drucker's
and Grace Gilbert's conversational powers.
The Most Graceful—First, Clint conducting a student convocation;
second, the Avaj' Clifl' (iregg dropped a lady at the Xi Omega,
"the dansant"; third, Bert's imitation of his relation, the angle
worm, in the jirocess of his daily preambulation.
The Best Athlete—First, Clint (no other entries).
The Most Musical—F'irst, the "Garret Quartette," consisting of
Messrs. Reece, Baehr, Hand, Barrett, Williams, Robinson, and occasionally,
Clint.
The Biggest Consumer—This try-out ended disastrously for all
parties concerned. Bert won out at the sandwich monopolizing
endeavor, but a dark horse beat him to it in the last lap of the pickle
debate. The dark horse absolutelj^ refuses to allow his identity
to be revealed. In fact, the masculine population in general is
fairly well qualified to carry off the laurels, but it takes Prof. Stevens
to consume the largest amount of time after the 12:30 bell has
rung and you hear the "bread line" forming down beloAv.
