1.14.1. Serena Connection, 12 Inch Pipeline, Station 7+45±. The unit price bid
for this item is for the connection to the existing distribution system.
1.14.2. Hidden Point Connection, 12 Inch Pipeline, Station 3+35±. The unit price
bid for this item is for the connection to the existing distribution system.
1.14.3. Monarch Connection, 12 Inch Pipeline, Station 7+92±. The unit price bid
for this item is for the connection to the existing distribution system.
1.14.4. Monarch Connection, 8 Inch Pipeline, Station 3+92±. The unit price bid
for this item is for the connection to the existing well pipe system.
1.15. Pressure Reducing Valve Vaults. The following items shall be paid for at
a lump sum bid price and shall include all excavation and backfilling, granular fill,
filter fabric, reinforced cast-in-place or precast concrete walls and base, rigid
insulation on interior of vault, top section including lifting eyes and access hatch
frame, manhole steps or ladder, vent piping, piping, bypass piping, valves,
electrical, I&C and all other appurtenant work as shown on the drawings and not
included under other bid items. The cost for the pipe inside the vault and on
either side of the vault up to and including the buried reducers and the butterfly
valves shall be included in this bid item.
1.15.1. Pressure Reducing Valve Vault No. 1 (Serena), Station 6+62±.
Assembly shall be paid for at the unit price bid.
1.15.2. Pressure Reducing Valve Vault No. 2 (Hidden Point), Station 2+30±.
Assembly shall be paid for at the unit price bid.
1.15.3. Pressure Reducing Valve Vault No. 3 (Monarch), Station 7+05±.
Assembly shall be paid for at the unit price bid.
1.16. Fire Hydrants. The following items shall be paid for at a lump sum bid
price and shall include all excavation, piping, valves, gravel pack, reinforced castin-place
concrete, and all other appurtenant work required on the drawings and
not included under other bid items.
1.16.1. Fire Hydrant (Serena), Station 6+25±. Assembly shall be paid for at the
unit price bid.
1.16.2. Fire Hydrant (Hidden Point), Station 2+00±. Assembly shall be paid for
at the unit price bid.
1.16.3. Fire Hydrant (Monarch), Station 6+80±. Assembly shall be paid for at the
unit price bid.
