All concrete which is required in connection with manholes or structures,
pavement or sidewalk replacement, and other pay items shall be included
in the lump sum or unit price bid for the pay item.
The unit price bid for miscellaneous concrete shall include concrete, reinforcing
steel, forms, finishing, curing, and all other work or materials required to complete
the concrete work.
9. FENCING. Fencing required for safety and removal and replacement of right
of way fencing will be measured for payment as the actual linear footage of
fencing within the limits as indicated or specified.
9.1. Orange Safety Fence. The unit price bid for this item shall be for installing
along the pipeline alignment as shown on the drawings. Cost shall include all
required appurtenances for installation and maintenance during construction
duration as detailed and specified.
9.2. Right of Way Fence. The unit price bid for this item shall be for removal and
replacement along the pipeline alignment in areas where existing Right of Way
fencing is defining the edge of the right of way as shown on the drawings. Cost
shall include all required appurtenances for removal and installation once
contactor operations have finished in that area.
