post-carga y <strong>la</strong> contractilidad miocárdica y los efectos <strong>de</strong>l increm<strong>en</strong>to <strong>de</strong>l volum<strong>en</strong> corri<strong>en</strong>te y <strong>de</strong><br />

<strong>la</strong> PEEP total (aplicada y auto-PEEP) sobre <strong>la</strong> presión intratorácica y a niv<strong>el</strong> pericardico 47 . La<br />

formu<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong>l calculo <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> PCP <strong>en</strong> VM con PEEP es <strong>la</strong> sigui<strong>en</strong>te 48 .<br />
