IT Monoblocco in fibra di carbonio, Oscar Bon visualizza
il futuro. Pesante, o meglio leggera, solo due chilogrammi,
caratterizzata dalla fibra e dal colore dell’avanzatissimo materiale,
pare tratta da un racconto di fantascienza e invece si rivela
resistentissima ed estremamente confortevole. La scocca
esterna e quella interna sono prodotte da due diversi
stampi. Un terzo stampo invece è dedicato alla produzione
di uno strato interno per insonorizzarla. Infine le gambe sono prodotte
da un quarto stampo. Mettere insieme questi diversi elementi è un
lavoro di alta manualità, artigianale. La seduta viene poi verniciata
con un film trasparente per proteggere la fibra stessa di cui è
composta.
EN Fibercarbon monobloc, Oscar Bon visualises
the future. Heavy, or better light, only two kilograms and
characterized by the texture and color of its advenced material,
it seems to come directly from a sci-fi novel while instead proving to be
very resistant and extremely comfortable. The outer and the inner shells
arise from two different molds. A third mold instead is dedicated to the
production of an inner soundproofing layer and the legs are created
with a forth mold. Putting together these different elements is a work
of high craftsmanship. The seat is then coated with a transparent film
to protect the fiber of which it is composed.
