HRANA VIE <strong>–</strong>CULEGERE DE RETETE PROASPETE (RAW)<br />

Combinam toate ingredientele in blen<strong>de</strong>r sau robotul <strong>de</strong> bucatarie si le mixam pana la omogenizare (le<br />

putem amesteca intr-un bol, amestecandu-le cu mixer-ul sau cu telul). Produsul finit va arata cam asa.<br />

Cum marinata e gata, atacam un ananas mediu din care sfartecam o jumatate. Il curatam <strong>de</strong> coaja si <strong>de</strong><br />

mijlocul cel tare si il taiem cubulete maricele. Peste aste cubulete adaugam 5-6 linguri din marinara cea<br />

proaspata, amestecam binisor, acoperim recipientul si, la reve<strong>de</strong>re! Ananasul se va marina 30 minute - 8<br />

ore (cu cat <strong>ti</strong>mpul e mai lung, cu atat gustul este mai intens).<br />

Legume<br />

Pastai <strong>de</strong> fasole - ¾ castronel (am cumparat <strong>de</strong> la Mega Image)<br />

Ciuperci taiate julienne - ¾ castronel<br />

Varza / Salata Chinezeasca julienne - ¾ castronel<br />

Muguri <strong>de</strong> Schinduf (sau orice al<strong>ti</strong> muguri) - ¾ castronel (i-am cumparat <strong>de</strong> la Billa)<br />

Brocolli cu tot cu tulpini, julienne - ½castronel<br />
