- 1/2 cana sirop artar<br />

- 1/3 cana sirop agave<br />

- 6 curmale mari fara samburi<br />

- 1 l-ta scor<strong>ti</strong>soara<br />

- 1 praf <strong>de</strong> sare <strong>de</strong> mare<br />

- 2 cani nuca macinata<br />

HRANA VIE <strong>–</strong>CULEGERE DE RETETE PROASPETE (RAW)<br />

- 2 cani fulgi <strong>de</strong> ovaz macinate<br />

- 1 cana seminte <strong>de</strong> in macinate<br />

- 1 cana stafi<strong>de</strong><br />

Primele 9 ingrediente se mixeaza pana rezulta un sos uniform. Turna<strong>ti</strong> sosul intr-un bol adanc.<br />

Macina<strong>ti</strong> nuca, insa nu foarte marunt, cat sa se mai simta bucatele marunte. Adauga<strong>ti</strong> peste sos nuca<br />

macinata, fulgii <strong>de</strong> ovaz macina<strong>ti</strong>, semintele <strong>de</strong> in macinate si stafi<strong>de</strong>le. Amesteca<strong>ti</strong>.<br />

Adauga<strong>ti</strong> apoi:<br />

- 1 cana nuca <strong>de</strong> cocos<br />

- 1 cana boabe <strong>de</strong> cacao (sau bucatele <strong>de</strong> ciocolata vegana)<br />

- 1 cana caise uscate si tocate marunt<br />

- 1/2 cana seminte <strong>de</strong> canepa sau susan crud<br />

- 1/2 cana goji<br />

- 1/2 cana seminte <strong>de</strong> floarea soarelui.<br />

Turna<strong>ti</strong> toate acestea peste compozi<strong>ti</strong>a <strong>de</strong> mai sus si amesteca<strong>ti</strong> bine <strong>de</strong> tot.<br />

Pune<strong>ti</strong> har<strong>ti</strong>e <strong>de</strong> copt pe 3 tavi ale aparatului <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>shidratat. Turna<strong>ti</strong> cateva linguri <strong>de</strong> compozi<strong>ti</strong>e si<br />

presa<strong>ti</strong>-o cu palmele in forma unui patrat cu grosime <strong>de</strong> 2-3 cm (cat un baton din comert).<br />

Deshidrata<strong>ti</strong> <strong>ti</strong>mp <strong>de</strong> 6-8 ore. In acest <strong>ti</strong>mp NU apasa<strong>ti</strong>, misca<strong>ti</strong> sau intoarce<strong>ti</strong> foaia <strong>de</strong> granola! Se<br />

rupe usor.<br />

Dupa aproxima<strong>ti</strong>v 6 ore va prin<strong>de</strong> pu<strong>ti</strong>na fermitate si cu mare grija o intoarcem pe partea cealalta si o<br />

lasam din nou la <strong>de</strong>shidratat pentru 10-12 ore. Dupa acest <strong>ti</strong>mp ar trebui sa fie crocanta.<br />

Scoatem fiecare foaie si o taiem in batoane. Punem batoane din nou in aparat pentru cateva ore, pana<br />

cand acestea sunt crocante atat in exterior cat si in interior si nu se vor mai rupe.<br />
