36.Sos <strong>de</strong> usturoi din dovlecei si caju<br />

Nu s<strong>ti</strong>u al<strong>ti</strong>i cum sunt, dar eu incerc sa inlocuiesc nucile cu legume, oricand am ocazia. De ce? Pentru<br />

ca mie greeeeuuu sa beau green smoothies, si-atunci incerc sa-mi iau fibre <strong>de</strong> oriun<strong>de</strong>...<br />

Ingrediente:<br />

Dovlecel - 1 bucata (daca vrei un sos perfect alb, in<strong>de</strong>parteaza-i coaja)<br />

Caju - 2-3 linguri <strong>de</strong> caju<br />

Usturoi - 2-3 catei<br />

Ulei <strong>de</strong> masline - 1-2 linguri<br />

Lamaie - zeama <strong>de</strong> la jumatate <strong>de</strong> lamanie<br />

Sare (sau sos <strong>de</strong> soia) si piper dupa gust<br />

Preparare:<br />

Pune in blen<strong>de</strong>r mai intai lichi<strong>de</strong>le: lamaie, ulei (si, eventual soia); peste lichi<strong>de</strong>, dovlecelul si<br />

usturoiul; in felul acesta nu va fi necesar sa adaugi apa. Run it!<br />

Adauga caju si blend din nou. Adauga atata caju incat sa ob<strong>ti</strong> consistenta dorita.<br />
